Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior System Engineer to join our internal AI Workbench team. This position involves developing self-service solutions for resource provisioning, specifically focusing on SageMaker, Kubernetes, Databricks, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in biomedical research tools, including High-Performance Computing (HPC), and a solid background in DataDevOps.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide the team and product
  • Manage resources including SageMaker, Kubernetes, Databricks
  • Drive development operations using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, and others
  • Interpret user requirements, evaluate needs, and deliver solutions
  • Lead the DevOps aspects of SageMaker
  • Configure and maintain R Studio, Jupyter Notebooks, and Python

  • Profound expertise in biomedical research tools, including HPC
  • Background in AWS, with a focus on SageMaker
  • Solid knowledge of DataDevOps tools and functions, particularly with Bitbucket, Git, and others
