• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions, focusing on email marketing, automation, personalization, and data integration
• Develop and maintain Apex code, workflows, and triggers to maximize Marketing Cloud functionalities
• Manage advanced Salesforce administration tasks - user management, security settings, data maintenance
• Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions promptly
• Conduct audits and optimizations regularly to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing Cloud operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated technologies

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and its functionalities
• Proficiency in Apex development within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Advanced Salesforce administration skills

• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator)
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Knowledge of other marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
