- Review Development Backlog:

- Regularly review the development backlog and prioritize fixes and enhancements
- Collaborate with the development team to implement necessary changes
- Analyze business reporting needs and optimize Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet user requirements and enhance decision-making
- Manage and prepare Salesforce sandboxes for development and testing of enhancements
- Ensure smooth integration of new features and improvements into the production environment
- Monitor and maintain synchronization across different Salesforce environments
- Implement best practices for data consistency and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce quarterly releases and perform regression testing to ensure system stability
- Address any issues arising from new releases and implement necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to address issues and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce enhancements
- Provide user training and documentation as needed
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on primary clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce project implementation in a senior role
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
