We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to develop the code that translates sound into neural stimulus for delivery using a market leading implantable medical device that empowers people to hear and be heard. Your role will involve building and maintaining the software and hardware tools and test infrastructure used in development of our client's class leading sound processor and implant devices.
What You'll Do
- Develop code that translates sound into neural stimulus, using Python
- Contribute to the development of software and hardware tools for client's sound processor and implant devices
- Modify and support C#/C++ code interfaced with Python for communication with hardware test devices
- Participate in building a test automation framework for client's hardware and software
- Collaborate effectively with the existing client's team for seamless integration and development

- Proven experience working with a complex Python codebase
- Exposure to C# or C++ for supporting and modifying code
- Expertise in working on projects related to hardware and software, not cloud or web development
