What You'll Do
- Provide 3rd line support for our software systems
- Perform routine database administration tasks, including installation, instance creation and user management
- Monitor database performance, metrics and data replications
- Troubleshoot application issues related to database functionality and manage backups and patching as necessary
- Enhance and optimize stability, performance and availability of data solutions and our software infrastructure
- Collaborate with application support and development teams to create technical designs and implement solutions
- Work with various stakeholders to gather user requirements and deliver tailored solutions

- Expertise in Oracle Database Platform
- Familiarity with managing database systems on cloud platforms
- Ability to perform day-to-day DBA activities for multiple production databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Great capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- B2+ English, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
