• Ensure the effective administration of a business record
• Troubleshoot issues and solve tickets provided by users
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation associated with the implemented network
• Provide consulting to clients on possible improvements to the network
• Monitor network systems, analyze incidents, and identify performance issues proactively

• At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure support
• Experience in Azure technologies, such as Firewalls, IT Infrastructure and Operations tools
• CCNP Certification and a BA Degree/B.S. Degree
• Experience with Firewalls, Infrastructure, LAN technologies, OSI and TCP/IP models, and WAN technologies
• Knowledge of Next Gen Firewalls like Cisco Firepower and firewall cloud services like Zscaler

• Experience with SAP, Citrix, Portal and ServiceDesk
• Proficiency in English language, with at least a B2+ level
• Ability to work on-site at offices in Santa Fé, CDMX
