We are looking for a talented Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to drive our customers towards achieving their goals through the power of data and analytics, partnering with a multinational electrical equipment distributor to make a meaningful impact.

It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

What You'll Do

• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in artificial intelligence for business solutions, data science, and analytics
• Analyze various data sources to extract actionable insights
• Develop robust data science pipelines for diverse use cases, including Churn Prediction, Customer Potential, RFM Model, and Customer 360 View
• Engage in AI and ML research and development activities to unlock value from commercial analytical and historical data
• Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs), provide support for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, and contribute to Go-to-Market product strategies based on successful PoCs

• Extensive experience applying artificial intelligence for business, data science, and machine learning in production environments
• Proficiency in a wide range of Machine Learning/Deep Learning algorithms and their application to solve specific business challenges
• Familiarity with the nuances and phases of data science projects
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to quickly discern valuable insights and devise straightforward solutions using metrics and data
• Fluent English proficiency (B2 level)
• A structured and organized mindset, enabling effective orchestration of efforts and ensuring timely delivery
• The ability to recognize the importance of the 80/20 principle and understand that perfection is an iterative process
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inform stakeholders effectively, including technical audiences
• Understanding of design thinking principles and the importance of inclusion throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery to success measurement
