Senior / Lead Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will lead the design of enterprise digital products and platforms that deliver value to users and achieve business goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to creating engaging and delightful solutions by leveraging your design skills and methods. What You'll Do

• Take lead and play a crucial role in strategizing and designing the end-to-end experience of enterprise digital product/platforms
• Work closely with stakeholders, product, business, data and engineering team members to deliver engaging & delightful design solutions, leveraging your ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Champion the role of design and its methods (such as user research and testing) in the organization and be accountable of positive design outcomes aligned with business objectives
• Foster and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders including business, product owners, data science and engineering to ship value to its intended users

• 5-8 years of professional experience as a UX/UI, Product designer, demonstrating hands-on end-to-end product design experience
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g Figma, Figjam), with a comprehensive understanding of design processes and methodologies (user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing etc)
• Experience in designing for multi screens, devices, and environments, ensuring design components align with technical feasibility and design system guidelines
• Great team player, results oriented, able to foster collaboration among multicultural and multidisciplinary team members
• Strong ability to influence and guide the team towards delivering positive design outcomes while balancing business needs and tech feasibility
• Strong understanding of modern product development processes and terminologies (e.g. agile, scrum, jira, confluence, api, data)
• Good domain understanding of the life insurance industry and insurance products will be advantageous
