As a Data Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring seamless integration from various sources. Your expertise will support cross-functional teams, provide valuable insights, and contribute to data warehousing projects.

What You'll Do
- Manage stakeholders involved in data-related projects, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Integrate big data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Gather, prepare and analyze data to extract meaningful insights
- Ensure data quality and adherence to business rules and regulations
- Uphold data security practices to safeguard sensitive information
- Work on data warehousing projects, contributing to design and implementation efforts
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
- Proven experience in Data business analysis, with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and data integration
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, prioritization and implementation planning
- Ability to perform Scrum Master activities, working alongside a team of Data BAs, PO and Data Engineers
- Strong skills in data gathering, preparation and provisioning
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT platforms and data integration tools
- Knowledge of data quality dimensions, business rules and data security concepts
- Experience in data warehousing and conducting data warehouse testing
- English at B2 and above
- Lithuanian at B2+ or native
- Experience in Agile methodology, particularly with SAFe
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and fundamentals
- Background in reporting and data visualization tools
- Salary range 3200-6000 EUR gross/monthly, based on your experience and interview results
