What You'll Do
- Plan Business Analysis, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
- Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
- Choose new or adapt existing requirement's documentation framework to project needs
- Select requirements change management approach and ensure the correct level of traceability to support it
- Manage project/product backlog

- Must have:
- IIBA certification (CCBA, CBAP, ECBA, BATL), PMI-PBA, CPRE (International Requirments Engineering Board (IREB)) certifications or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate for the Business Analysis role
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Ownership
- Proficient in guiding Business Analysis activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management etc.)
- Ability to adhere to a structured software development process, swiftly acquiring project and domain knowledge from diverse sources
- Expertise in project/product scope management
- Skills in generating various requirement types such as business, user, system, and transition requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
- Strong analytical, learning, creative and visual thinking skills
- Knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages at a B2+ level
- Salary range 3200 - 6000 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results
