• Analyze learning needs and design engaging, interactive learning experiences aligned with learning objectives
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify the learning needs of the target audience
• Consult with client stakeholders on learning design and methodologies for project delivery
• Use instructional design methodologies to develop engaging and interactive learning content
• Develop assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Formal education in instructional design or a related discipline
• More than 5 years of instructional design experience and developing learning programs
• More than 3 years of experience using learning and multimedia development tools
• Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies
