What You'll Do

  • Implement sensing, control algorithms and device drivers for embedded controllers (Embedded C)
  • Develop automotive software components according to AUTOSAR Model-Based Design
  • Participate in the full software development cycle according to Automotive SPICE:

  • Engage in requirements management
  • Create detailed software design documentation
  • Implement unit and integration tests, conduct unit and integration testing
  • Contribute to design reviews
  • Develop safety-critical software components (ISO 26262)
  • Take part in laboratory testing
  • What You Have
    • 3 years of industry background in Embedded C
    • Device-level C programming experience
    • Professional expertise in the automotive domain or knowledge of major automotive electrical subsystems (body, chassis, powertrain, infotainment, safety, etc.)
    • Proficiency in boot loaders, initialization code and real-time operating systems
    • Ability to read a schematic and debug embedded devices
    • Mastery of automotive communications protocols and diagnostics (CAN, SPI, I2C, LIN, etc.)
    • Competency in applying Systems Engineering disciplines to the development of complex systems
    • English language level - B1 and higher
    Nice to have
    • Understanding of standard software processes and industry requirements (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262)
    • Knowledge of MATLAB or Simulink
    • Familiarity with measurement instruments for testing and development (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)
    • Motor control experience such as DC motors or DC stepper motors
