In this role, you will work closely with our DevOps team to improve current processes, tools and automation, ensuring reliable and scalable operations. What You'll Do
- Manage and automate the DevOps processes, from code deployment to infrastructure management
- Analyze, tune and monitor the overall performance of the automation systems
- Configure and maintain on-premises and cloud environments
- Design, develop and maintain tools for build, automation and continuous integration & deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our platforms & applications
- Ensure the security and compliance of our systems
- Design, implement and improve DevOps / DevTestSecOps processes and tooling

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in DevOps automation tools and frameworks
- At least 3+ years of experience in automating DevOps processes
- Proficiency in Unix or Windows environments
- English of at least B2 level
- Lithuanian of at least B2+ level
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Lithuanian governmental projects
- Background in Agile / Scrum framework projects
- Salary range 3000 - 5700 EUR gross, based on your experience and interview results
