Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to run project with Lithuanian governmental institution. In this role, you will work closely with our DevOps team to improve current processes, tools and automation, ensuring reliable and scalable operations. What You'll Do

  • Manage and automate the DevOps processes, from code deployment to infrastructure management
  • Analyze, tune and monitor the overall performance of the automation systems
  • Configure and maintain on-premises and cloud environments
  • Design, develop and maintain tools for build, automation and continuous integration & deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our platforms & applications
  • Ensure the security and compliance of our systems
  • Design, implement and improve DevOps / DevTestSecOps processes and tooling

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in DevOps automation tools and frameworks
  • At least 3+ years of experience in automating DevOps processes
  • Proficiency in Unix or Windows environments
  • English of at least B2 level
  • Lithuanian of at least B2+ level
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Nice to have
  • Experience with Lithuanian governmental projects
  • Background in Agile / Scrum framework projects
