We are looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our dynamic Data Practice team and collaborate on EPAM's strategic projects.
What You'll Do
- Play a key role in driving forward EPAM strategic data projects
- Design, build, and manage enterprise data solutions in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Develop components for the enterprise data platform to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Collaborate with data scientists, data architects, and others ensure data needs are met
- Implement secure and auditable data processes to ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot any data-related issues and strive to improve the quality of data systems
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role for at least 3 years
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or Java
- Demonstrated experience with Public Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with expertise in DBMS and ETL/ELT tools
- Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment
- Experience in data acquisition through methods like API calls and FTP downloads, as well as expertise in ETL processes and data transformation/normalization from raw to structured schemas
- Experience in building components for enterprise data platforms like Data Warehouses, Operational Data Stores, and Access layers with APIs and file extracts
