Security Guard

We are currently looking for a Security Guard.
You will be responsible for supervising our premises and ensuring the safety of our employees and guest visitors. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in upholding compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
To be considered for this position, it's essential to be based in Yerevan. Unfortunately, remote work arrangements are not feasible for this role.
Immerse yourself in our collaborative culture by working on-site at our office in Yerevan.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct employee health checks, briefings and provide training on work/fire/civil safety for employees
• Monitor and oversee access control and video surveillance systems
• Report any unusual activities or incidents without delay
• Act promptly during alarms and emergencies
• Help EPAM Team in Armenia navigate security issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of employee safety, civil, and fire safety laws
• Confident computer skills
• Health, first aid, fire and civil safety certifications
• Fluency in Armenian and at least Intermediate (B1) English will be an advantage
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Wiliness to collaborate and work effectively in a team

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Identiv Connected Physical Access Manager (ICPAM)
