Join us as an SAP R2R Business Solution Architect, if you desire to lead SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, support customer solutions evaluation, refine R2R functional requirements, contribute to account planning, drive architecture governance, engage in the customer lifecycle, integrate R2R architecture domains, lead target architecture development, introduce innovative solutions, build strong customer relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and estimate work efforts. • Run SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, including business requirements adjustment and development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Support assessment of current customer solutions and potential areas of opportunity for SAP solution implementation
• Support adjustment and development Record-to-Report (R2R) functional requirements and identification of related IT and business enablers from the initial point of view around customer initiatives to the final blueprint as a base for SAP implementation
• Support in account planning activities to build the customer vision based on the solution scope
• Drive architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across the R2R domain of architecture
• Partake in the customer engagement lifecycle, and act as an integral member of the account engagement team
• Define and integrate business, data, application, and the technical R2R architecture domain
• Lead/support the target architecture & customer roadmap development and maintain alignment with SAP solutions
• Proactively introduce innovation topics to solve specific customer needs
• Build personal customer relationships and support EPAM sales team in detailed customer (solution) discovery discussions
• Stay up to date about R2R improvement trends and the actual SAP portfolio of related solutions to formulate a customer roadmap
• Estimate work efforts relating to the R2R process and related organizational design improvement, SAP technical configuration and development

• Expertise in identifying R2R-related business opportunities and solution gaps, as well as develop gap closure options
• Capability to present SAP features and innovations filtered and focused on potential customer needs related to the R2R domain
• Experience in R2R business architecture development with knowledge of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodology
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Controlling) functionality
• High-level knowledge of budgeting and S&OP processes, cost allocation methods, fast closing approaches
• Ability to align and effectively communicate with customer IT and business organizations

• High-level understanding of the capabilities, functionality, and technologies of SAP S/4HANA (Logistics), CFin, PaPM, BPC, IBP, and related deployment options
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting processes and principles
• Knowledge of the sales process cycle, account management, and go-to-market planning in IT service sales
• Expertise in frameworks such as PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, and TOGAF
