The SAP Capability Lead (CPG&R) is responsible and accountable for Program Management activities associated with large-scale, complex, digital multi-tower (IT, Infrastructure, Business Processes) program. In addition to managing delivery objectives, he/she will have responsibility for shaping a transformation roadmap, managing customer satisfaction and the client relationships.

• Act as a trusted advisor with the CGP&R space, providing consultative solutions which meets key needs for clients in this industry
• Drive successful outcome for our customers as they embark on SAP related projects across modernization, implementation, and improvement
• Lead multi- disciplinary teams of Testing, Legacy Integrations, Cloud Enablement and Change Management
• Shape the customer business case and roadmap managing business and IT stakeholders in the customer environment
• Bring EPAM's Offerings and Key Accelerators to Customer Environment driving accelerated value realization of the business case
• Demonstrate Industry domain and Process Leadership skills in customer conversations building the trust
• Ensure output completion from different streams working across the globe with proper governance setup within the company and along with customers
• Manage the Program's scope, budget and timeline delivering high quality outcomes to the customer engagement
• Partner with leaders from other business units and technology functions to drive collaborative programs which incorporate EPAM's wide range of services

• Demonstrable broad and deep expertise in Retail and Consumer products clients in Europe
• Experience in leading both engagements and delivery of mid to large SAP programs
• Experience with complex program delivery and commercial models, risk assessment and management, commercial reporting, etc
• Deep working knowledge of managing multiple streams within a program such as functional, integration, data migration, change management
• Broad understanding of SAP solutions and practical experience delivering such products as part of external delivery programs
• Sound business acumen; commercial and strategic skills; numeric fluency; common sense; negotiation skills; advocate for diversity
• Experience in presales activities and contribute to proposals in terms of delivery models, project planning and other areas
• Willingness to mentor and lead a team and support upskilling
