Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using OOTB features and Apex code
- Adhere to industry-best practices for Salesforce development and coding standards
- Transform product requirements into practical specifications and working features
- Identify, communicate and marshal resources to address project risks
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in Salesforce technology
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging tasks to ensure system functionality
- Maintain detailed documentation related to Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with OOTB configurations and Apex code development
- Ability to transform product requirements into functional features
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with best industry practices for Salesforce development
- Proven record of delivering high-quality solutions within schedule
- Experience in liaising with team members, management, and clients
- Aptitude to identify, assess, and communicate risks promptly
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer)
- Experience with integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for Salesforce customization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics or AI features
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
