We're seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager who will play a vital role in leading the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
This role requires expertise in Salesforce, combined with excellent customer relationship and project management skills.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality and on-time implementation
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
- Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate team and client meetings to gather project requirements, track progress, and address any issues
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to understand and implement customer requirements
- Manage risks and issues associated with project delivery, and coordinate the resolution of escalating issues
- Apply best practice Salesforce and project management knowledge to client engagements
- Ensure user acceptance testing and perform quality assurance checks
- Understand and guide the stages an architecture undergoes in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Establish and manage CI/CD processes in the Salesforce ecosystem, understanding different strategies and their pros and cons
- Understand the various stages from pre-sales through to closing the sale and beyond, ensuring alignment of solutions with customers' needs
- Apply margin calculation knowledge for effective budget planning and forecasting
- Ensure the team's adherence to coding principles and standards, such as naming conventions and coding guidelines

- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager role with expertise in Salesforce
- Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Salesforce certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD processes, and the Salesforce ecosystem
- Understanding of margin calculation and principles of team staffing
- Basic understanding of coding principles and standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
