Calling all .NET Architects with a passion for technology solutions!
EPAM is seeking a .NET Solutions Architect to lead our team and transform business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints. Your role will involve optimizing solutions to align with our strategic direction, reviewing project implementations and coding patterns, and managing architecture-related risks. If you bring 5-7 years of Architecture experience, solid knowledge of .NET and Azure and the ability to establish business and technology relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

• Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure solutions align with the company's strategic direction
• Review and monitor project implementations and coding patterns for alignment with approved architecture
• Manage architecture-related project risks and issues
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts and documentation
• Communicate effectively with senior management on project progress

• At least 5-7 years of Architecture experience
• Solid knowledge and experience of .NET technologies and Azure
• At least 7-10 years of relevant IT and business work experience including SDLC management
• Willingness to keep updated with current technology standards and trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT environments and technologies in relation to business needs
