DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a diligent Mid/Senior Data Processing Specialist to join our team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth handling of our client's preferences program from start to finish. Whether you have experience in content creation, management and migration or you are highly interested in this sphere and ready to learn, seize the opportunity to join EPAM Georgia!
What You'll Do
- Build and support products in our custom-developed CMS through the entire life cycle, from staging to deactivation
- Collaborate closely with client marketing, content, accounting, fulfillment, engineering and strategic teams
- Coordinate the launch of individual products, offerings and B2B/B2C campaigns
- Verify product details with business and tech stakeholders from different client teams and agencies
- Test products to ensure the correct user journey
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base (KB) and Known Error Database (KEDB)
- Participate in regular syncs and consistency checks across the team to ensure a uniform approach to campaigns

- English proficiency at level C1 or higher
- Ability to independently process business correspondence with users and local agencies
- Fast learning skills and the capacity to absorb constantly updated instructions
- High level of personal responsibility and accountability, strong attention to detail
- Capability to maintain a high quality of individual work
- Team player mentality with a readiness to exchange knowledge and constant workflow updates
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of HTML or SQL or Cloud services on a user level is beneficial
