We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Developer to support our practice. It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

As a Marketing Cloud Developer, you'll join our team for an exciting project with a leading client. You will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) / Pardot solutions to drive marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement. Your expertise in configuration and optimization of the platform will be pivotal in driving successful marketing campaigns and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)/Pardot solutions for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions
- Configure and optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to enhance capabilities and improve campaign performance
- Create and maintain automation workflows, email templates, and landing pages
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaigns, ensuring efficient delivery and tracking of marketing communications
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices, and apply them to drive continuous improvement
- Strong experience and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)/Pardot
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customizations
- Fluency in English at a B2+ level
- A2 level of seniority in SFMC development
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
