EPAM has a perfect opportunity for an experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our progressive Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. You will be working closely with our European Data business whilst partnering with multiple clients to enhance and solve their technical data challenges.
In this role you will act as Data Product Manager for our customers, we expect you to be the Ambassador of product mindset; both at EPAM and at Client, for business and technology where you will be responsible for value creation to our clients on their data and product maturity journey; you will cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and end-to-end integrated planning and execution.

In this role you will be partnering with EPAM customers across Germany and some travel to customer sites should be expected as is needed.

Responsibilities
- Design user-centric data platform and data Products in close collaboration with wide group of Stakeholders
- Drive data product strategy and introduce data products as sustainable, discoverable and accessible data assets for data sharing across Enterprise
- Own product vision, strategic roadmap, platform/products value proposition, business case, investment planning, feature backlog
- Manage entire product lifecycle in Data & Analytics and Technology Foundation spaces
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and their teams to shape the end-to-endproduct strategy and drive the value delivery across the product landscape
- Define product/portfolio success metrics and increase maturity of Product Management within product/portfolio teams
- Drive business case creation, build vs buy discovery
- Evangelize Product Mindset (focus on value creation through customer needs/business opportunities/technology required) inside and outside of the managed landscape
- Full proficiency in shipping data B2B or internal products, preferably with a heavy data component (data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, AI products, BI/reporting, etc.)
- Full proficiency in managing Data Products, Data as a product, AI products, Data Technology as a Products, Data Technology as a Service
- Deep expertise in Data Governance, inc. implementation or building Data Cataloguing, ensuring metadata model/lineage at Enterprise level
- Excellent understanding of design thinking and inclusion from discovery to delivery to success measurement
- Are fluent in English and German (C1)
