What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring their work consistently meets high standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies
  • Guide the end-to-end design process, always with a user-centric focus
  • Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure coherence across products and platforms
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs
  • Advocate for user needs and advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to grasp business objectives and translate them into innovative design solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and user experience
What You Have
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in UX/UI design or a related field, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your design expertise and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural, and user testing tools
  • Proven track record of leading and managing design teams, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and integrating feedback into design iterations
  • Solid understanding of agile development processes and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Nice to have
  • Experience in project result control and measurement
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and management
  • High-level understanding of front-end development and tech architecture principles
  • Background in pre-sale activities
  • Strong visual / graphic design skills
  • Experience in enterprise-level projects
  • Familiarity with establishing Design Operations and creating design systems development methodologies
