What You'll Do

• Pioneer the design, development and maintenance of intricate automated test cases for backend applications
• Define and implement test automation strategies, ensuring they are in sync with the organization's objectives
• Guide a team of automation engineers, promoting team collaboration and best practices
• Identify test automation goals and perform evaluations seamlessly across all types of test automation tools and languages used
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality and performance across all products
• Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and tools

• Proven experience of 5+ years in maintaining automated test cases for backend applications
• Knowledge of Linux administration and Docker
• Familiarity with Matplotlib and NoSQL DBs
• A history of successful leadership, guiding a team of automation engineers
• Thorough understanding of test automation strategies and capability to align them with organizational goals
• An analytical mind, ever ready to evaluate and enhance test automation frameworks and tools
• Superior collaboration skills, allowing seamless cooperation with cross-functional teams
• B2+ level of English, both verbal and written

• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Understanding of Seaborn, Pandas and Perl
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL DBs
