What You'll Do

  • Provide technical leadership for the development team working on React Native applications for iOS and Android
  • Architect and design mobile solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability
  • Design and implement robust, scalable and maintainable mobile application architecture
  • Make architectural decisions that align with business requirements and industry best practices
  • Oversee the end-to-end development process, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to achieve project goals
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Implement and enforce coding standards, testing methodologies and documentation practices
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to React Native and mobile development
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment processes and continuous integration
  • Implement best practices for mobile application deployment and monitoring

  • Proven experience in mobile native development for both iOS and Android using React Native
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript and related technologies
  • Skills in designing and architecting mobile applications with a focus on user experience and scalability
  • Background in a technical leadership role, leading and guiding a team of mobile developers
  • Experience in integrating mobile applications with AWS services
  • Familiarity with AWS Mobile Hub, AWS Amplify or other relevant AWS services
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including code quality, testing and documentation
  • Proficiency in using testing frameworks for mobile applications
