What You'll Do

- Act as a stakeholder for the product team

- Operate independently with minimal oversight
- Mentor and train team members
- Potential short-term business trips to the US/EU/Asia

- 4+ years of experience in Java and Full stack development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks
- Understanding of design patterns and Object-Oriented Programming
- Familiarity with distributed systems and application integration, such as REST
- Track record in cloud computing with platforms like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows
- Background in customer-facing roles
- B1+ English, both verbal and written
- Experienced in working with microservice architecture and performance improvements
- Experience with WorkFusion
- Skills in prototyping
- Competency in performance analysis
