We are seeking a Lead Community Management Coordinator to oversee our regional programs. Join us in fostering connections within the startup ecosystem.
In this role, you will coordinate programs and manage events that support startups and other stakeholders. Your experience in program and project management will be key to the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Execute strategies and deliver specific tasks based on overall program design and planning
- Manage online and offline events dedicated to program participants, overseeing event logistics and setting up event agendas
- Support startup sourcing for an accelerator program by generating leads and reaching out to potential startups
- Participate in startup interviews and review applications based on established criteria
- Work with startups to manage their participation in the program
- Structure automatic logistic processes to streamline program logistics
- Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relationships
- Track success metrics and source success stories to highlight program impact

- 4 or more years of program or project management experience
- Experience organizing medium to large scale events with an understanding of event logistics
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience working in a multi-project and multi-task environment
- Flexibility to adapt to extended or weekend hours and occasional travel within Brazil
- English proficiency at a C1 level in writing and speaking
- Passion for and understanding of the startup ecosystem in Brazil
- Experience in an Accelerator environment
- Experience in a Venture Capital environment
