• Android development throughout the entire lifecycle
• Re-writing the whole app is planned
• Write clean, robust, modularized code to build product and features
• Architect, design, implement new features, and improve existing
• Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit & automated testing
• Communicate with customer and handle his requests in timely manner
• Ownership and accountability for the product they develop
• 5+ years of production experience

• 5+ years of experience in Android development
• People/ Tech Lead experience to drive projects from technical and team delivery perspective
• Expert in Java, App Components, UI frameworks, developer tools and workflows

• Good understanding of Android Design Patterns, coding conventions as well as Google's Design Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies
• Good understanding of networking, caching of local data and multitasking on Android
• Experience with 3rd party libraries and services
• Experience with Agile processes
• Development experience with other mobile platforms, a plus
• Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript development skills, a plus
• Leadership, ability to work in a dynamic team environment, with a mix of local and remote resources
