• Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions using Java 12 for backend services and ReactJS for frontend applications
• Architect scalable and efficient systems and integrating with various AWS services
• Design and implement algorithms and data structures to optimize system performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards throughout the software development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Solution Architect or similar role
• Extensive experience with Java 12 and proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their application in software development
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and distributed systems
• Proficiency in cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
