Generative AI Solution Architect (Agentic Systems)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Gen AI Solution Architect specializing in agentic workflows to join our consultancy team at EPAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions with a specific focus on autonomous systems and agent-based workflows, ensuring seamless integration and deployment in complex business environments. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and strategic aspects of AI, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities to drive client transformations effectively.

• Design and architect advanced Gen AI solutions focusing on agentic workflows to meet specific client needs
• Lead the development and integration of AI systems, ensuring they align with the client's business objectives and technology infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and scalable AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership in AI, mentoring team members and leading by example in coding and system design
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and cloud technologies, integrating new findings into solutions
• Work closely with clients to define requirements, present solutions and gather feedback to refine systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI deployment and data handling

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI and cloud technologies
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing agentic workflows and autonomous systems
• Strong technical proficiency with Python and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning algorithms and statistical principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and interfacing effectively with clients at all levels
• Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects within specific industries, demonstrating a broad understanding of the technology landscape
• A proactive approach and curiosity to continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science or a related field is required

• Certifications in AI or machine learning technologies
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with the regulatory and ethical considerations in deploying AI solutions in various industries
• A Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field is highly preferred
