Responsibilities

  • Consultative selling approach aligned with business needs, HLS (Healthcare and Life Sciences), and the corresponding SF product mix with experience to back it up
  • Experience aligning industry trends with digital strategies and technology solutions across Provider, Payor, Pharma, and Med Device HLS industries
  • Working with the SVP of Sales on team forecasting and modeling of vertical territories and quotas
  • Ongoing collaboration with alliances and the SF channel for GTM strategy, mapping, and planning to yield joint business
  • Assesses activities across accounts & capture teams to determine sales progress & required improvements
  • Recommends & implements improvements to achieve sales goals
  • Communicates & prioritizes product & business needs from the field to appropriate corporate departments
  • Coach teams to develop their business development skills including market management, forecasting, prospecting, negotiations, & other necessary skills; while maintaining individual accountability to goals
  • Maintain/protect EPAM core values by hiring culturally aligned team members & leading by example
  • Provides value in complex negotiations & the closing of new business, including appropriate use of Senior Sales & Corporate Executives to maximize results
  • Able to organize workstreams, keep the team on track, and ensure follow through on pursuits and engagements

  • 8+ years of experience in a business role, with a background in consulting or engineering Salesforce solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new Professional Services businesses using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach
  • Proven history of developing long-term client relationships at all levels of client organizations including C Suite
  • Experience with proactive selling, RFP, and RFI response orchestration
  • Familiar with technology, business models, and trends across technical solution offerings for enterprise HLS companies
  • Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value
  • Familiar with building and managing account plans and CRM sales activity on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to work with and lead teams of highly skilled professionals on a deal basis
  • Proven track record of collaborating with technology vendors to close business
  • Exceptional self-leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills, executive presence, interpersonal and strong negotiation skills

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $128k - $205k.
