We're seeking a Project Manager to lead Digital and CRM projects, steering teams, and managing our prestigious client relationships across various locations. The role includes taking over responsibility for successful execution of end-to-end Digital and CRM projects.
Your role involves managing the proliferation of a CRM system across departments, handling up local and remote team members, ensuring smooth project delivery, and reinforcing our growth in the digital space.

What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end Digital and CRM projects, manage the initiation process with discovery and requirements gathering, set timelines and milestones
- Proactively manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle to foster long-term relationships and customer satisfaction
- Use project management tools and methods effectively, ensuring transparency and efficient workflow
- Implement change management processes within projects to accommodate scope changes or adjustments
- Ensure risk assessment is conducted, plan for potential risks and mitigating strategies
- Track and report on project performance, ensuring the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Demonstrate leadership, ensuring clarity of objectives and expectations among team members
- Discovery/requirements gathering phase followed by implementation and transition to support
- Managing one of our largest customers in Austria
- Leading a local and near-shore teams
- Contributing to building our digital delivery capabilities in the Austria and DACH regions

- Experience leading projects implementing one or more of the following solutions: eCommerce, PIM/DAM, CMS, CRM
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Scope management
- Requirements engineering
- Leading teams of up to 30 people
- Ability to read people and communicate effectively
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Fluent English is necessary
- Ideally, you will have experience in the following key areas::
- Experience with one of the following platforms: commerceTools, contentful, Kontent.ai, Bynder, InRiver
- Experience in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM
- An understanding of MACH architectures
