Responsibilities
  • Maintain events database and perform active outreach to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relations
  • Help build content and publish posts on the community's social media accounts. Build and send out the community newsletter
  • Collect and analyze program metrics and digest them into presenting valuable highlights and meaningful reports for stakeholders
  • Provide proactive support for other business processes which are in the scope of team's responsibilities to meet programs' and projects' needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an international environment with a focus on project coordination, project administration, or a similar field
  • Experience as a Community Manager
  • Background in IT, ideally web technologies (not engineer experience, but familiarity with the field)
  • Experience creating social media content and very good knowledge of main social media platforms
  • Experience creating newsletters in cooperation with various internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (program managers, community members)
  • Experience organizing and hosting online and offline events, ideally community-based events
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) or can learn very fast
  • Great time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage your own tasks
  • Comfortable working in a multi-project, multi-task environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English Level: C1)
