• Participate in all design and architectural discussions within the team and with customers
• Perform code reviews, estimations, capacity, and release planning
• Evaluate and implement branching & merging strategies and tools/software for improving efficiency
• Plan project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners
• Coordinate teams across developers, vendors, and business users and manage implementation challenges in integration, design, configurability, and infrastructure

• Strong technical and analytical skills, hands-on in coding in Java or .NET (latest versions)
• Experience building a high-level software architecture from a business target's point of view
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses

• Software development tools: Java or .NET
