DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Data Analytics Consultant acting as a lead and strategic consultant in a FMCG/retail business domain. What You'll Do
- Driving business value and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Can list business problems and lead the solution of the problems as well
- Having strong consultative mindset
- Driving data product development, contributing to data products adoption
- Contributing to data strategy, adoption of data products by monitoring usage and users' satisfaction
- Able to demonstrate and articulate business value delivered during engagements
- Team management and support when needed
- MS/BS degree in Business / Finance / Statistics / Mathematics / Economics-Informatics preferred
- Hands-on experience with statistics, data strategy, data management and development
- Relevant experience in retail and/or FMCG with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact
- Experience in stakeholder communication and with people / team / organization management / leadership
- Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies and BI
- Experience with working in a professional, services-based organizations with international teams
- Excellent communication, good presentation and persuasive skills, willingness and ability to share knowledge (including English proficiency)
