Data Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a Data Analytics Consultant to assist customers in developing strategies, designing top-notch platforms and facilitating the data-driven transformation of client enterprises. What You'll Do

• Define business vision and data strategy
• Drive the definition and measurement of business value, ROI of the engagements
• Create the product roadmaps, vision and principles in collaboration with other team members to support the client's business objectives
• Drive the adoption of data products and data profiling activities
• Apply data factory framework, data literacy/data maturity assessment frameworks
• Facilitate design discussions with customers and responsible roles to guarantee that the proposed solution addresses business issues
• Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding and alignment with product objectives, prioritization and roadmap, providing transparent management of their expectations
• Drive the entire product lifecycle in data & analytics and technology foundation spaces

• 10+ years of end-to-end background in data & analytics in various areas (data strategy, data platforms, data products, advanced analytics solutions, BI, reporting, master data management, self-service, etc.)
• Experience in managing AI products, data products, data technology as a product and a service
• Competency and strong knowledge of data governance, including implementation or building data cataloging, ensuring metadata models at the enterprise level
• Proficient in handling customer expectations, presenting and explaining project deliverables to senior stakeholders or a technical audience
• Good awareness of cloud technology
• Consultative mindset
• English language level - C1 and higher

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more data & analytics technologies
• Qualifications in one or more industries (banking, insurance, FMCG, pharma) or functional domains (finance, supply chain)
• Experience in building data & analytics organizations (centers of excellence, data engineering pools, data science teams, etc.)
