Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with the lead cybersecurity specialist, aiding in the organization and structuring of tasks across the global product security office & digital organization
- Monitor and Report on Program KPIs - facilitating effective communication about progress and successes versus committed milestones to both team and executives
- Coordinate and track endeavors across business units & vertical partners in alignment with the cybersecurity lead's objectives
- Manage program initiatives, timelines, commitments, and backlogs, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and effectively
- Act as a pivotal point of contact for all program-related matters, liaising with relevant stakeholders, team members, and external partners
- Effectively coordinate teams across developers, vendors, and business users, managing and overcoming implementation challenges
- Support the Security Architect in driving the adoption and ensuring adherence to approved processes, tools, and practices by the internal team, fostering a culture of strict adherence to security standards
- Security or IT-focused university degree (Bachelors) OR equivalent experience
- Extensive experience as a Program/Delivery Manager, ideally within the Cybersecurity or Medical environment
- Proven abilities in managing, tracking and progressing deliveries
- In-depth knowledge of agile methods, project/program management and project risk management
- Relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince2, IAPM, Scrum, SAFe, or similar qualifications are considered an advantage
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook
- Experience in managing a small team, including conflict resolution, performance, leading, and coaching
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagements
- Knowledge of Risk and Compliance Management, Operational Models, Business Continuity Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans would be beneficial
- A good grip on network access, identity, access management, applied cryptography, network security methodologies, secure software development methodologies would be desirable
