Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for Magnum underwriting solution. You'll work closely with the client's team and ensure successful implementation and utilization of the Magnum underwriting solution. If you are knowledgeable in the insurance and reinsurance processes, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the successful implementation of Magnum underwriting solution at customers
  • Act as a key point of contact for the client's Life & Health reinsurance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients in order to maximize their utilization of the Magnum solution
  • Collaborate with the client's team to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations

  • Knowledge of insurance and insurance underwriting
  • Familiarity with the reinsurance process, particularly in the context of life reinsurance
  • Experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and native level Japanese)
