This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate closely with EPAM's clients to transform their business objectives and user requirements into effective content design strategies for both new and reimagined digital experiences. This involves pinpointing pain points and identifying opportunities to enhance the content journey
  • Cooperate with members of the product team to establish user personas, map content to user journeys, model content, identify content gaps, and generate appropriate UX copy at every phase of the user journey
  • Contribute to shaping information architecture, sitemaps, navigation structures, and content organization
  • Craft user-friendly content across various platforms and touchpoints that aligns seamlessly with the client's brand, values, and tone while simultaneously meeting business objectives and adhering to industry best practices
  • Develop comprehensive copy guidelines that bolster the broader content strategy and further user experience objectives
  • Work in tandem with a diverse, cross-functional project team to create compelling narratives and copy for journey maps, landing pages, products, applications, and more, spanning both web and mobile
  • Provide support and actively participate in stakeholder workshops and user research initiatives
  • Offer editorial insights and feedback to the project team and fellow writers
  • Collaborate with other teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to ensure the integration of content design and UX writing into the product development process
What You Have
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional content strategy and design experience, either within an agency or in an in-house setting
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, UX, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in user-focused digital product writing, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing English UX-focused writing samples
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Self-sufficiency in managing your work independently, effectively allocating your time, and consistently meeting deadlines with the necessary support
  • The ability to articulate the rationale behind your work to both team members and stakeholders
  • Comfort in engaging with clients to comprehend their business objectives and translating them into user-centric, accessible copies
  • Proficiency in utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform editorial decisions
  • Capability to define editorial processes and workflows
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Expertise in information architecture, taxonomy, content models, and content migration
