Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting, reproduce customer issues in different environments, and find solutions
  • Ensure effective technical resolution for customers by owning their issues from start to finish
  • Develop and document best practices to enhance established processes
  • Monitor the status and progress towards resolution of all open incidents
  • Open and document bugs for investigation in software engineering teams
  • Continue to develop technical expertise over the products and adhere to security guidelines
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations Support
  • Ability to interpret Linux and HTTP logs
  • Basic scripting skills (Bash, Shell, or Python)
  • ITIL certification or experience, SQL basics, and a foundation in Java skills
  • Knowledge of Javascript and Python
  • Critical thinking skills: Investigation, analysis, interpretation, evaluation, explanation, and problem-solving
  • Outstanding client-facing skills and excellent communication skills in English (B2)
Nice to have
  • Experience in Gsuite products
  • Understanding of GCP for managing and deploying applications
