About the role

Do you have a strong background in content strategy and digital production processes? Do you strategically partner with your client(s)?
Then you'd be a great fit for EPAM's Content Studio - we are a team of strategists, creatives, producers and social media managers who work closely with clients to concept, create and distribute digital content.
We're looking for a dedicated Account Director to support a client within the Film industry from our London office. This is a hybrid role, with frequent weekly visits to EPAM office and client-site.
An Account Director at EPAM acts as the voice of the client and works with senior teams to shape the long term strategy, direction and growth of the account while overseeing the producers in the planning and execution of innovative campaigns across multiple channels. They are closely involved in key project delivery, contracts, team and commercials.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between team and client, you will help shape and receive client briefs for large scale campaigns and set out marketing plans to achieve client business goals
  • Review and feedback on creative and strategy internally, supporting positioning to client and co-ordinating implementation with project manager
  • Attend weekly check ins with clients to discuss current projects as well as client one-to-ones to discuss wider business updates and opportunities
  • Co-ordinate, review and improve team processes and ways of working
  • Co-ordinate meetings to report on results and work with our team to revisit and rejuvenate strategy
  • Act as client escalation point and assist in resolution for any issues which could arise
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience, ideally working within a digital agency with previous titles such as Client Engagement Lead, Account Director or Digital Engagement Lead
  • Strong finance acumen and budgeting experience with reporting skills
  • Experienced in bringing project teams together
  • Hands-on with attention to detail, you're able to review and edit work
  • Excellent and clear communication skills
Nice to have
  • Experience working on (or a desire to work on!) social or entertainment accounts is essential and knowledge of film is a bonus
