Responsibilities
Enterprise Mobility believes that our customers' experience should be first-class, so as a Test Engineer you will become our "Customer Advocates." You will not only be responsible for ensuring high-quality software functionality, but also creating new ideas for better customer experience.
As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the scope of our testing requirements. You will design, produce, execute, and maintain software test plans and test cases, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our products. You will test applications used by the world's largest rental car company, while documenting, tracking, and reporting on defects. You will also analyze test results, leverage troubleshooting skills to assist with defining root cause, and conduct re-testing after defects are addressed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
- Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
- 2+ years of related experience in a QA/QC software testing environment, including identifying required testing, performing analysis, and developing associated test plans
- Ability to take initiative and ownership for all testing efforts supported
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be productive in a collaborative, fast-paced and remote environment
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, concise manner and effectively across multiple teams conveying test progress, risks, and defect resolution
- Effectively manages time, with the ability to multi-task and work independently without close supervision
- Strong detail and process-orientation
- Experience testing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
- Testing on mobile devices (Android, IOS)
- Experience with MS Office suite; including Word, Excel and Teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and understanding how the role of testing fits into this lifecycle is preferred
- Experience testing Java-based web and client/server GUI applications is preferred
- Experience with the Atlassian suite to include: Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of structured testing techniques is preferred
- Experience with behavior driven development testing
