Enterprise Mobility continuously strives to modernize our solutions to keep pace with the competitive market and the dynamic needs for data and analytics across the company's technology solutions and business functions. Our team is responsible for executing the technology portion of the Data Strategy IT pillar.This team works closely with technology leaders, the Data & Analytics business team, and industry partners to implement new solutions for reporting and analytics.

The Reporting Solutions Administration team within Data Engineering is responsible for the implementation, administration, operational integrity, and performance of our reporting platforms and solutions. These solutions are a significant technology inflection point where our data assets are the core representation of the state of our business.

Where can you make an impact?

As the IT Senior Manager, you will lead and grow the team that administers and supports the RAMP (Reporting and Analytics MarketPlace) and Power BI reporting solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include strategic, tactical, and operational activities, including project delivery and technical support. You will manage people leaders and seasoned high-performing technologists, who design, build, and administer the Power BI and RAMP solutions, including technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services, SharePoint Online, custom applications, and other vendor applications in our Azure platform.

Success in this role is characterized by ongoing collaboration, project management focus, support best-practices, team development, continuous improvement, and providing clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.Developing a deep understanding of the business objectives across EHI and building strong relationships will be essential to success in this role. Only then, can you identify and impart how having the right data, at the right time, to the right people enables data driven decision making, improving agility and improves our time to market for new capabilities.
