Job Role Summary
The Associate IT Process Analyst supports the effective implementation and management of change processes within the organization. This entry-level position works closely with the change management team and collaborates with various departments to ensure seamless and efficient execution of IT changes. The role offers an excellent starting point for individuals interested in building a career in change enablement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough reviews of Requests for Change (RFCs) to ensure compliance with the change enablement process.
- Maintaining and updating change records in ServiceNow and supporting other IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather input on changes and communicating implementation plans.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Articles and process documentation.
- Participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and documenting outcomes.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as change success rates and implementation timelines.
- Participate in the training to support teams on identified process gaps.
- Managing document repositories and ensuring availability of updated process documents.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- ITIL 4/V3 Preferred
- Basic understanding of ITIL and change enablement principles.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
