Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
To be successful in this position, the team member will need to possess a high-level customer-centric focus. Being motivated every day by having the opportunity to help others learn more about our products and services. This position is focused on customer service, executing exceptional educational events, and creatively solving problems. Must possess a deep attention to detail and obsessive levels of follow through. Lastly, communication is key. Whether it be external or internal, there will be multiple stakeholders and customers that are requiring constant, succinct updates and follow up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Facilitation with Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritizing both internal and external customer needs while coordinating and facilitating educational programs and events, ensuring satisfaction and engagement with all involved. Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to creating educational programs and events.
- Detail-Oriented Implementation: Consistently exhibit exceptional attention to detail across all phases of program management, including planning, execution, follow-up, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate ongoing and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with surgeon faculty, surgeon attendees, and internal Enovis stakeholders including, but not limited to, Engineering, Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and entire Medical Education team. Creates a formal network with key decision makers who are involved in event creation based on customer needs.
- Medical Education Program Planning: Develop and sustain processes to ensure successful execution of assigned program/event types, including Product Development Labs, Surgical Case Observations, Peer-to-Peer Case consultations, Scientific Educational Events, and other events as assigned.
- Database and Project Plan Maintenance: Maintain and help improve data base that tracks number of events and event attendees and maintain and improve event project plans that track planning milestones and program/event budgets.
- Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary contact for fielding questions from the Commercial Team (Sales and Marketing) regarding assigned events.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Education Specialist/Coordinator to manage program/event logistics, expenses, purchase orders, and post-event reconciliation when applicable.
- Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
- Performance Reporting: Report key metrics and outcomes to leadership following events and on a quarterly basis, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent is required. Masters or PhD degree in related field or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in marketing or related field is a plus, but not required.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel up to 25% of time
- Must have flexible schedule adaptable to constant change and be able to work nights and weekends

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Typical office environment.
- Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
