Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education

High-Level Position Summary:

The Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle will serve as the primary liaison between Enovis and potential customers, specifically relating to Enovis-sponsored medical education programs and resources for residents and fellows within the Foot & Ankle specialty. This role involves direct interaction with resident, fellow, and attending physicians, as well as hospital administrators, program coordinators, and industry personnel involved in Foot & Ankle education and training.

The Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle will lead the planning, execution, and follow-up for all Foot & Ankle Enovis-sponsored resident and fellow meetings and educational events. This includes managing program coordination, curriculum development, and engagement strategies to enhance educational experience and strengthen relationships with early-career surgeons.

Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Foot & Ankle Product Marketing, Professional Affairs, and the Sales Field organization to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory and strategic goals. The Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle reports to the Sr. Manager, Foot & Ankle Medical Education.

Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• Maintain and develop relationships with the current strategic fellowship programs
• Identify and assess potential new candidates for strategic fellowship programs
• Develop strategy and processes for working with high-level podiatric and orthopaedic residency programs
• Lead all efforts to execute Foot & Ankle Fellowship Hand-off Labs (FSOL), inclusive of identifying the FSOL site, coordinating the lab and executing honorarium agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Product Marketing, Professional Affairs, and the Sales Field to ensure alignment and adherence to strategic goals
• Communicate all feedback and information on fellows to the appropriate personnel in the field sales organization & Enovis Foot & Ankle internal teams
• Develop and maintain database of Foot & Ankle residents and fellows
• Maintain the Foot & Ankle Resident Mentorship Program
• Coordinate and execute Podiatric Future Fellows Course and Orthopedic Future Leaders Course

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional work experience in an administrative, academic, or healthcare-related setting
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with management, co-workers, and cross-functional departments
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, Monday.com, and Cvent
• Must be able to travel approx. 40%

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience and/or background in the Orthopedic and Medical Device industry is not mandatory but would be a "nice to have"
• Manages workload efficiently and effectively
• Manages challenges well; solves problems effectively and can lead change with speed
