Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Communications Intern to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments across the organization to plan, create, and implement compelling messaging and communication strategies aimed at brand awareness and elevating product information. Your primary focus will be creating and executing email campaigns, automated HubSpot initiatives, digital advertising, and optimizing the website experience for surgeons and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Serving as the editor for formal business communications.
  • Collecting VOC from key stakeholders.
  • Crafting and implementing measurement tools to analyze the effectiveness of messaging programs, quantifying revenue generated from executed initiatives.
  • Helping launch marketing campaigns for product launches, new initiatives and events.
  • Managing a summer project and doing a final presentation to the team at the end of the internship with your findings.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in email programs (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), and content calendars for social media.
  • Experience with social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Comfort with a laboratory setting involving cadavers/cadaver portions, as this role deals with products manufactured for surgical use.

Work environment | Physical Demands

  • Climate controlled workspace.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • The ability to manage tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High organizational skills and adaptability.
