Position Summary: The role is responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications team, working across all business and enablement functions to enhance the way we communicate both internally and externally. This includes managing our annual communications calendar for enablement functions such as HR, IT, Compliance and other related departments and teams, drafting stories and managing content on our intranet and digital signage platforms, supporting the communication strategy for Enovis' employee affinity groups, and providing other support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enablement communications, following annual calendar of activity for HR, IT, Compliance and other related departments and teams.
- Support the Corporate Communications team with intranet content management, drafting and posting articles, and developing and managing employee-focused internal communications campaigns.
- Manage and support the corporate content for Enovis' digital signage communication platform, Enovis TV, which is an internal tool displaying at Enovis locations worldwide.
- Support Enovis' employee affinity groups with their communications objectives.
- Provide support for company announcements/town halls.
- Provide administrative support to the team for purchase ordersvendor management and invoice processing.
- Provide support as needed to the wider Corporate Comms team.Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, journalism, communications, public relations or relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience supporting internal and external communications in large, global companies with diverse work populations.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, advanced MS PowerPoint skills.
- Advanced intranet content management system experience.
Desired Characteristics:
- Healthcare communications experience is preferred but not required.
- Self-management: problem-solving, good communication, good time management
- Relationship management: create healthy, functional, and productive relationships with others through clear communication
