High-Level Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The Sales Operations Analyst will report into the Sales Operations and Business Intelligence team and will own all things commissions operations. This individual will bring energy and a willingness to learn to our dynamic and fast-growing business. They will be critical in supporting our sales organization with timely and accurate commission payments, helping to remove distractions and enable further growth. They will work hand-in-hand with our sales support, finance, analytics, and sales organizations to build and document processes, analyze data, solve queries, communicate insights, and bring continuous improvement to the function. They will also support development and execution of sales compensation planning. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join an exciting industry in a critical function.
Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations in accordance with Enovis commission plans and policies
- Collect and validate sales performance data from multiple systems (ERP and sales reporting tools)
- Partner with Sales Operations and Finance teams to ensure accuracy of sales crediting, territory assignments, and plan eligibility
- Prepare and distribute commission statements to the sales field and address inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Work with payroll to process payments accurately and on schedule.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of annual and mid-year commission plan changes
- Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to model incentive plan changes and run scenario analysis
- Help document commission plan rules, crediting policies, and exception processes
- Generate and distribute regular commission performance reports and dashboards for leadership and the sales force
- Analyze commission payout trends and support audit requests
- Provide insights into compensation performance metrics, overachievement trends, and cost-to-sales ratios
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to improve commission accuracy, transparency, and turnaround time
- Support future automation initiatives or compensation system implementations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, sales operations, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a sales-driven organization and understanding of sales processes and methodologies
